1. Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ab880 platform and all its services. By accessing the ab880 website, creating an account, or using any game or betting service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

3. Age Verification and Eligibility

The ab880 platform is operated for users aged 21 and above only. During registration you must confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.

Minors will not be permitted to open an account or use gaming services on ab880 under any circumstances. If a user provides a false age, their account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

4. Account Security

The minimum deposit amount on ab880 is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposit transactions are processed through secure and encrypted channels.

• The payment account used at the time of deposit must be registered in your name.
• Depositing using a third-party payment account is prohibited.
• For incomplete or failed transactions, the policy of the relevant payment provider will apply.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.
• ab880 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for any suspicious transactions.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before submitting a withdrawal request.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳34,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, making the total balance ৳54,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw the bonus funds.

6.3 General Bonus Policy

• A bonus received from one promotion cannot be combined with another promotion unless specifically stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
• ab880 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse of the bonus is suspected.
• Each promotion has a specific validity period; expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
• VIP members will receive additional weekly cashback benefits (see the VIP section for details).

6.4 VIP Cashback

ab880 has four VIP tiers. The weekly cashback rate varies by tier: Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.4%, Gold up to 0.6%, Platinum up to 0.8%. Advancement to a higher tier depends on consistency of play and contribution to the platform.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

Betting and gaming activities on ab880 are conducted in accordance with specific rules. Each game has its own rules which will be displayed when the game is launched.

7.1 Placing Bets

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• A bet that is incomplete due to a technical error will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
• Multiple accounts or coordinated betting activity is prohibited.

7.2 Cricket Betting

Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and various other international cricket matches. If a match is abandoned or suspended, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

7.3 Live Gaming

Live casino games (including live dealer sessions) are conducted in real time. In the event of a disconnection, the game result will be determined by the server record.

8. Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and all funds may be forfeited:

• Bonus abuse or exploiting loopholes in the bonus system.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
• Attempting to affect the platform through hacking, malware, or other technical means.
• Collusion (coordinating with other players to gain or provide an unfair advantage).
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Creating or operating an account using false information.
• Using the ab880 name or brand without authorization.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 ab880's Authority

ab880 may investigate, suspend, or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• To meet regulatory or legal requirements.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

A user may request account closure at any time. In this case, any valid funds remaining in the balance will be returned via the designated payment method.

10. Limitation of Liability

ab880 accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Loss caused by internet outages, server issues, or third-party technical failures.
• Disclosure of account information due to the user's own negligence.
• Financial losses arising from gaming and betting — these are the user's own decisions.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

The ab880 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make every effort to provide uninterrupted service, however the service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
